Assegnati i Golden Globes 2015. L’importante premio americano sia cinematografico che televisivo, giunto alla sua 72esima edizione e capace di catalizzare milioni e milioni di telespettatori. Grande affermazione per Boyhood di Richard Linklater, miglior film drammatico, miglior attrice non protagonista e miglior regista.
Girato per brevi periodi tra il 2002 e il 2013, Boyhood è un’esperienza cinematografica innovativa che copre 12 anni di vita di una famiglia. Al centro della storia c’è Mason, che assieme alla sorella Samantha, vive un viaggio emozionale e trascendente attraverso gli anni, dall’infanzia all’età adulta. Il film tornerà al cinema in Italia dal 22 gennaio.
Tra le serie vincono Fargo, Transparent e The Affair.
La vigilia è stata agitata da un piccolo caso, prima degli annunci ufficiali dei vincitori. Pare che sul sito ufficiale dei Golden Globe Awards siano per sbaglio stati introdotti, per pochi minuti, nelle caselle destinate ai vincitori come miglior film commedia e miglior film drammatico i titoli “Into the Woods” e “Selma”. L’Hollywood Foreign Press Association, che ogni anno organizza l’evento, ha prontamente smentito che si trattasse dei reali vincitori, giustificando il tutto come un semplice guasto tecnico del sito.
Nella serata della premiazione anche gli attori di Hollywood hanno voluto rendere omaggio alle vittime degli attacchi di Parigi. Da George Clooney e Amal Alamuddin, a Helen Mirren, anche il cinema ha voluto ricordare la tragedia.
In particolare, la coppia Amal-Clooney, che si è sposata a Venezia lo scorso settembre, si è presentata con la spilla ‘Je suis Charlie’, sulla giacca per lui, sulla borsetta per lei, diventato il motto internazionale dopo la strage al giornale satirico francese Charlie Hebdo. Per Amal si tratta del debutto ad un evento hollywoodiano: con indosso un abito nero di Dior e un paio di guanti bianchi (“sono miei”, ha detto ai conduttori dello speciale sul ‘red carpet’), la moglie di Clooney è sembrata un po’ nervosa, ma felice.
